Thomas Boehm is Senior Vice President Automotive Microcontroller at 
Infineon Technologies AG since April 2021. He was born in 1972 in 
Meerane, Germany and received a degree in electrical engineering from 
the Chemnitz University of Technology. He also holds an MBA from 
Open University Business School in the UK. He started his professional 
career at Motorola Inc. and joined Infineon in 2010 as Head of the 
Application & Concept Engineering team of the Microcontroller business 
line. In his current role, Thomas Boehm leads the Microcontroller 
business line and is a member of the Leadership Team of the 
Automotive division at Infineon.
