After his studies of Industrial Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, he spent 8 years as an automotive management consultant at Oliver Wyman, during which he completed his PhD at the University of Munich. After 3 years in a senior leadership position at Hilti, he co-founded Berylls Strategy Consulting, a boutique strategy consultancy specialized in the automotive and mobility sector, where he worked closely with OEMs, Tech Providers, and mobility players on future vehicle technologies, autonomous driving, and new downstream business models. Based on his experience and expertise, he is backing daring founders with venture capital, supported by a vast network of trusted expert LPs from the industry. He lives in the Munich outback jointly with his wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs and enjoys spending time in the Alps whenever possible.
