Dr. Azarm Nowzad

Dr. Azarm Nowzad holds a doctorate in computer science and is Technical Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence at AUMOVIO. Her work focuses on the development of data-driven AI systems in safety-critical fields of application, particularly in autonomous driving. She currently heads the publicly funded project “justbetterData,” which focuses on the development of efficient and highly precise methods for data generation, selection, and optimization for AI applications. The goal is to systematically improve the quality, robustness, and scalability of data and to strengthen data-based development processes throughout the entire AI life cycle. With her expertise in computer vision and machine learning, she works at the interface between research and industrial application. Her focus is on continuous learning processes, intelligent data strategies, and the further development of data-driven technologies for safe and reliable autonomous mobility systems.
