    Cancellation of participation in the booked event is free of charge up to six weeks in advance (via the event portal). After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged. Four weeks prior to the event, reimbursement of the participation fee is no longer possible; however, you may nominate a substitute.

    After registration, you will receive an invoice for the participation fee or you may pay directly online.

    You will receive your personal ticket by email approximately one week before the event. If the access details have not been received by email by 03/26/2026, please send a message to [email protected].
