Carsten Meinecke

At DXC Technology, Carsten Meinecke leads the Automotive and Manufacturing industry in the DACH region, and is responsible for one of the company’s most strategically important market segments. His scope includes managing and further developing relationships with leading automotive manufacturers (OEMs) as well as the entire landscape of major automotive suppliers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In addition, he drives collaboration with renowned manufacturing companies and globally operating industrial groups, as well as a broad spectrum of innovation-driven mid-sized industrial enterprises that form the backbone of Europe’s manufacturing economy. In this role, Carsten Meinecke is responsible for industry strategy, business development, portfolio design, and the delivery of complex transformation programs that support customers in modernizing their IT landscapes and engineering solutions.

His focus areas include digital manufacturing, the software-defined vehicle, engineering solutions, GenAI/agentic AI, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and modern application solutions and architectures. With his deep market expertise, his understanding of industrial value creation, and his ability to orchestrate technology, business, and transformation in equal measure, Carsten Meinecke supports automotive companies in the DACH region in realizing efficiency potential, accelerating innovation, and sustainably strengthening their competitiveness.
