Nathalie Teer

Nathalie Teer has served as Public Policy Manager for Germany at Waymo since September 2025. In this role, she is responsible for political dialogue with policymakers and industry stakeholders.
Previously, as Strategic Affairs Lead at EasyMile, she was responsible for the company’s policy strategy in the EU, and at the digital industry association Bitkom, she led the working groups on autonomous driving, smart mobility, and logistics.
As an expert, she has advised on key legislative initiatives such as autonomous driving in Germany and the amendment to the Passenger Car Act (PBefG). Nathalie Teer is also a former board member of PAVE Europe and holds a dual master’s degree from HEC Paris and the Free University of Berlin.
