Andreas Herzig

Andreas Herzig is a partner in the Technology & Transformation division at the Stuttgart office and is responsible for the digitalization of production and manufacturing. He also heads up alliance activities in the area of PLM and manufacturing systems. He has over 30 years of international experience in the optimization and digitalization of processes and products. His consulting focus is on the measurement and implementation of quality criteria in software-based products and efficient test methods tailored to product functionality. Mr. Herzig completed his studies in technical business administration at the University of Stuttgart in 1992 with a degree in business administration. Since 2016, Mr. Herzig has been a part-time lecturer at the University of Karlsruhe, where he teaches a lecture series and a seminar. Both are entitled “Compliant Behavior in the Corporate Sector.” Andreas Herzig has contributed to the following publications, among others: - Editor and author: “Value Contribution of Internal Auditing - Measurement, Control, and Communication,” - Author: “Market Mirror: CAS Standard Software for Decentralized Sales and Field Service Management with PC,” - Several articles in Vahlen's Large Auditing Lexicon on the topics of internal auditing, risk management, and internal control systems.
