Dr. Philipp Rose

Dr. Philipp Rose is a director at Strategy& (PwC) and specializes in the transition to zero-emission mobility. With over 15 years of experience in electric mobility and more than 10 years in top-tier strategy consulting, he works at the intersection of the automotive industry, energy systems, infrastructure, and regulation in Europe, North America, and Asia. He advises OEMs, suppliers, energy companies, and governments on strategies for battery- and hydrogen-based vehicles (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, rail), battery value chains and gigafactories, and charging and refueling infrastructure. His projects range from the development of integrated EV architectures to infrastructure and fleet modeling to decarbonization roadmaps for industry. Dr. Rose holds a doctorate in engineering (KIT), is a former researcher at Fraunhofer ISI, an expert on electromobility for the German Bundestag, a conference chair, and a published author. He is bilingual in German and English.
